A Little Hosting

Yay! Last night, we had people over to our new home for the first time. When I met my husband, one of the things I loved the most about him was how comfortable he would be having people over and hosting a little get-together. So with COVID, I've missed that part of him for some time. It was such a pleasure to see him in that element again.

I'm definitely not the hostess-with-the-mostest, but I do try. And I'm so glad each time we have guests in our home.

This weekend, we also purchased a new plant (fiddle leaf! wish us luck!) and did some real unpacking. This morning, we went to mass and had a little breakfast at home. I'm very happy about this new adventure!
